DAY-BY-DAY ITINERARY

 

DAY 1 - OCT 20 – (Sun): DEPARTURE from LOS ANGELES on Emirates Airlines via Dubai.

DAY 2 - OCT 21 (Mon): ARRIVAL AMMAN–TRANSFER TO HOTEL
Arrive early morning to Amman. Upon arrival, you will be met by our tour guide and transfer to hotel for overnight.

DAY 3 – OCT 22 (Tue): AMMAN–ALLENBY-CANA-NAZARETH
Following breakfast, we will depart to Israel through Allenby Bridge. After crossing the bridge, we will meet our local guide and driver and start the tour with a visit to Cana of Galilee where Jesus performed his first miracle. Then we will continue to visit Nazareth where we visit the Basilica of the Annunciation and view the Blessed Cave, where Angel Gabriel appeared to Mary. View Mary and Joseph’s house and carpentry shop where Jesus spent 30 years of his life. (B, D)

DAY 4 - OCT 23 (Wed): SEA OF GALILEE - CAPERNAUM - TABGHA
After breakfast we will start the day with a boat ride on the Sea of Galilee. Afterwards we will visit Capernaum, the town of Jesus which is the center of his ministry where he performed many miracles. Visit the House of St. Peter and the ruins of the ancient Synagogue where Jesus preached. Stop at Tabgha, the Primacy of St. Peter and visit the Church of the Miracle of the Loaves and Fishes, the site of the multiplication miracle, and the Mt. of Beatitudes. Dinner and overnight in Nazareth. (B, D)

DAY 5 - OCT 24 (Thu): Mt TABOR – BAPTISMAL SITE – JERICHO – DEAD SEA - BETHLEHEM
Following breakfast at hotel, we will depart to visit Mt. Tabor, the site of Jesus Transfiguration. Then we will drive south towards the Baptismal Site where group may renew their baptismal vows. Visit Jericho the oldest city in the world. End our day with a visit to the Dead Sea where we enjoy a float or swim in the salty rich mineral water of the Dead Sea. Check in at our hotel in Bethlehem for dinner and overnight. (B, D)

DAY 6 - OCT 25 (Fri): BETHLEHEM – SHEPHERD’S FIELD – EIN KAREM
Start the day after breakfast with a visit to Bethlehem the birthplace of Jesus where we visit the Church of the Nativity and Manger Square in addition to the Milk Grotto. Then we will visit the Shepherd’s Field where the Angel appeared to the Shepherds. Afternoon we will visit Ein Karem where we visit both churches: The Visitation Church where Virgin Mary visited her cousin Elizabeth and the Church of St. John the Baptist. Dinner and overnight in Bethlehem. (B, D)

DAY 7 - OCT 26 (Sat): Mt. OLIVES – Mt. ZION
Star the day with a visit to Bethany. Then we continue to Mount of Olives and the Chapel of the Ascension from which Jesus returned to his Father and the Pater Noster Church where our lord taught his disciples how to pray, walk down the Road of Palm Sunday to the Garden of Gethsemane where Jesus endured his Agony. Afterwards continue to Mount Zion and the Upper Room where Jesus endured his Agony. Afterwards continue to Mount Zion and the Upper Room where Jesus instituted the Eucharist & the Priesthood, situated over the tomb of David and next to the Church of Dormition, where our Mary fell into eternal sleep and the church of St. Peter of Galicantu. DAY 8 - OCT 27 (Sun): VIA DOLOROSA – HOLY SEPULCHRE – FREE AFTERNOON
Early in the morning we will follow the Stations of the Cross along the Via Dolorosa to the Holy Sepulcher Church and visit the church o Ecce Homo. Then we continue to the Wailing Wall area to visit the most important Jewish site in Jerusalem. From there we will also visit the church of St. Anne, the birth place of Mary, and Pools of Bethesda, where Jesus healed the paralytic. Back to our hotel for dinner and overnight. (B, D)

DAY 9 – OCT 28 (Mon): BETHLEHEM - ALLENBY – NEBO – MADABA - PETRA
Following breakfast we will depart to Jordan through Allenby Bridge. Following our cross to Jordan, we will visit Mt. Nebo believed to the site where Moses viewed the “Promised Land.” Then we continue to visit Madaba the biblical Madaba which is best known for its Byzantine and Umayyad mosaics. Dinner and overnight in Petra. (B,D)

DAY 10 - OCT 29 (Mon): PETRA - AMMAN
Today we will visit Petra. Walk through the “Siq” an immerse crack in the Nublian sandstone, 2000 years ago. The Nabateans carved a city of the rose red rock and the Treasury, El Khazneh, is one of the most elegant remains of antiquity. Beyond El Khazneh you are surrounded on both sides by hundreds of Petra’s carved and built structures. Dinner and overnight in Amman. (B, D)

DAY 11 - OCT 30 (Tue): AMMAN - DUBAI.
Today we depart from Queen Alia Airport to Dubai for our flight to visit Dubai. When we arrive in Dubai we head directly to hotel for check in at the hotel. Dinner and overnight at hotel. (B, D)

DAY 12 - OCT 31 (Wed): DUBAI –After our breakfast we will have a half day city tour in Dubai. In after the afternoon we make a tour to Burj Khalifa At The Top 124th and 125th floor and to Dubai Museum and Abra ride. Overnight at hotel in Dubai. (B, D)

DAY 13 – NOV 01 (Thu): DUBAI - SAFARI TOUR – BBQ DINNER & SHOW
In the afternoon, you will be transferred by 4x4 vehicles for desert Safari Tour with BBQ Dinner and show. Overnight at hotel in Dubai. (B)

DAY 14 - NOV 02 (Wed): RETURN to LOS ANGELES
We will have transfer for our flights back to Los Angeles.
